<p class="has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size">酒滾起，兜一兜，再落蒜茸，如果喜歡辣既可以係呢個時加辣椒，一齊爆炒，爆香。<br>我自己亦加了麻油調香。<br>麻油少量，唔喜油既可以落少少，按自己喜愛就得，蒜茸至少要2大匙，辣椒都係按你需要</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size">煮好就係時候加水，大約一個大面碗1碗，主要水岩岩好浸到所有雞翼尖就可以。</p>



<p class="has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size">然後加雞粉3匙，糖4匙，係呢個時候可以加少許胡椒粉，調味辟腥味<br>如果已加辣可以選擇不加胡椒粉。</p>
