⚛    不論哪個付款方式,如需要收取手續費,均為付款機構收取,非本店索取之金額。(退款時將不會退還有關手續費)

⚛     所有手續費均需客人自行承擔,並必須支付,如拒付手續費等,本店有權視作客人取消訂單而不獲通知。

⚛    本店付款期限為期三天,逾期者視作棄單處理,個別情況可要求客服為其延遲付款期限。

⚛    延長付款期限為期3天以上,最長期限為一個月時間,超過者請於一個月前重新下單。

⚛    付款後必須提供相關入數證明作核查,個別情況小管家會與付款機構核實,若付款機構查不到到帳,均需重新付款方可進入下階段配貨。

⚛    如客人未能提供相關入數證明,小管家都會協助客人核帳,但小管家有權索取相關資料作為核數用途。

⚛    如因客人未能提供入數證明而需重新付款,將不可要求退還首次付款的金額。

⚛    所有訂單核查成功,將會進入下階段配貨。

⚛    付款後,如未進入配貨階段,客人有權可以取消訂單/更換貨物/申請退款等事宜,若進入配貨階段,將不接受退款。

Payment method

Our shop holds a valid business registration certificate, and has a comprehensive store and online shop, so customers can pay with peace of mind.

Payment details

⚛ Regardless of which payment party needs to charge a handling fee, it will be collected by the payment institution, not the amount claimed by the shop. (The handling fee will not be refunded when refunding)

⚛ All handling fees are borne by the customer and must be paid. If the handling fee is refused, the shop has the right to treat the order as a cancellation of order without notice.

⚛ The payment period of our store is three days. Overdue customers will be treated as abandoned orders. In some cases, customer service can be requested to delay the payment period.

⚛  Extend the payment period for more than 2 days, and the maximum period is one month. If it exceeds, please place an order again one month ago.

⚛ After payment, you must provide the relevant payment certificate for verification. In some cases, we will verify with the payment institution. If the payment institution cannot find the payment, you must make a new payment before proceeding to the next stage of distribution.

⚛  If the guest fails to provide the relevant payment certificate, we will assist the guest to verify the account, but we has the right to obtain relevant information for audit purposes.

⚛ If the guest needs to make a new payment because the guest fails to provide the credit card, the first payment amount will not be refunded.

⚛ All orders are successfully verified and will enter the next stage of distribution.

⚛ After payment, if the customer has not entered the distribution stage, the customer has the right to cancel the order/change the goods/apply for a refund, etc. If the distribution stage is entered, no refund will be accepted.
