(地鐵站E2出口,步行3分鐘,鄰近波鞋街)

小提示:搭升降機後直行進二樓大堂,轉左邊直走,到分叉路之後轉左直走盡頭第一間店便是本店營業地方。

商品抵達本店營業點,將會發送WHATSAPP通知客人取件,客人只需到店後提供訂單號給店務員即可。

○ 因此請提供可接受WHATSAPP的手機號碼。

○ 如未能接受WHATSAPP,本店會直發到客人手機短訊/電郵方式。

本地郵政速遞Local CourierPost (Counter Collection)

不到1kg均按1kg收費

易寄取EC-Get:到郵局提供自提櫃或郵局取件。

2.順豐速運 SF-EXPRESS

1kg以下均一律收取$30港元。(不到1kg均按1kg收費)

住宅區如是偏遠區等均需支付偏遠附加費

If the residential area is in a remote area, etc., a remote surcharge will be charged.

3. 面交 FACE TO FACE

本店提供上水至粉嶺免費收取。

其他地鐵沿線需加收來回車費。

最高運費額為$60

  • 可留意本店官網公告,特定時間其他地鐵站會有免運費優惠

4. 包郵 Free- shipping

如商品是免運費,均一律限免1kg以下,超出需補差價。

均有追蹤號提供。

不可指定派件公司。

如有特別要求,均需付費運輸。

If above 1 KG will be Exceeding the difference needs to pay.

The delivery company cannot be designated.

If you have special requirements, you will need to pay for transportation.

如客人有指定其他派件公司,需告知客服,客服將會查核運費方可寄出。

海外買家 Oversea Buyer:

非香港買家,本店會使用香港郵政局或順豐發貨。

相關運費需下單後再確立。

一般會包括追蹤號。

收件時間視乎買家地方,一般時間為7-14天。

我們可以在發貨單上備註客人的需求,如派送時間等,但請留意此為提示承運商,但不保證承運商會如客人要求所寄件。

請您體諒,本店不能控制運輸速度、派送範圍、能否派上門等要求,此為承運商負責。

如遇上寄失件、貨物損毀等情況,若有投保均按照承運商條款細則進行退款(不可保障能獲全額退款)。

若沒有投保以寄失,均不可作出退款,這需要客人承擔此意外風險。

如有全額退款均可選擇重新選購或更換其他商品再寄出。

如承運商只退回部份商品之金額,客人如需重新訂購或更換其他商品均需支付差價。

如只獲退回部份金額的客人們,不可要求小店全額退款,因為並非品質及本店責任問題。

如不獲退款,請公主及王子們諒解此非為本店責任範圍之內,因而不可要求小店退款或換貨等,親們需支付商品金額及運費等方可重發貨。

承運商有權不作出退回運費及附加費。

如因寄失需要補發,而不被獲退款的客人,本店願意承擔不高於10港元運費。

If it needs to be reissued due to loss, the store is willing to bear no more than HK$10, excluding surcharges.

以上情況適用於寄失/物品因物流運輸損壞情況。

有關自取 face to face/pickup in store

可以確保不會發生寄失問題。

如因應本店問題,導致物品丟失/損壞,均可獲全額退款。(只限已付款訂單)

Any items lost/damaged due to our problems will be fully refunded. (Only for paid orders)

因應特別情況,如有退款,有關商品費用,貴重物品價值超過300港元,本店則會退還三分之二,低於300均可獲全額。(不適用於寄失/物流損壞商品情況)

In response to special circumstances, if there is a refund, the value of the relevant commodity costs and valuables exceeds $300 HKD, we will refund two-thirds, and the full amount can be obtained if it is less than $300 hkd. (Not applicable to lost/logistically damaged goods)

任何產品,在訂購前不理解或不清楚是否享有退換權利,請客人事先與小店聯絡進行確認。

在運送過程中,因意外因素(如無人收件、更改地址等)產生丟件情況,將不接受退換申請及本店有權不負責補發。
