七月誕生石—–紅寶石
紅寶石的英文是 Ruby，從拉丁文「Ruber」而來，意思就是紅色。紅寶石被尊稱為「寶石之王」。

紅寶石也是15、40週年結婚紀念日寶石，因此結婚四十週年的婚姻又叫「紅寶石婚」，實屬難得。
